The life cycle of each element within the building and its structures is established and a periodic maintenance program drawn up and tenaciously adhered to, ensuring the ongoing provision of primary services.
Cleaning, Pest Control, Landscaping, Waste Management.
Precision planning is critical.
A cleaning schedule ensuring hygiene in communal areas will be established and closely monitored with reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Ablution facilities will have more regular cleaning with a schedule to ensure adequate provision of necessities like toilet paper and sanitaries. Bi monthly deep cleaning of toilets helps prevent spread of disease and eases technical services. Carpet and upholstery cleaning will be scheduled for low traffic times.
Periodic pest control measures are implemented including monthly bait boxes and six weekly services.
Strict quality controls are maintained in adherence to international standards. Only eco-friendly and bio-degradable chemicals are used.
All landscaping maintenance and upkeep would be executed in line with original designer’s specifications.
Waste units for recycling will be placed throughout the facility and all waste disposal will be done in an environmentally friendly manner and assist in the provision of alternative energy through the mechanisms identified by the city (of Johannesburg).

Our team of credit controllers ensure timeous collection of rent and levies to ensure adequate cash flow and ultimately return for shareholders.
Annual forecasts of management expenses allows for accurate pricing of levies and rent. We can assist occupants with yearly operational budgets and project these over expected occupancy.
Any outsourced functions will be closely management by an internal quality management team. This will empower the local community to provide services of excellent standards while maintaining the required standards on the site.
